Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation – Alternative Dispute Resolution in Poland

Not every dispute has to end up at court. In some cases it can be detrimental to your matter. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms can allow you to keep the very existence of the dispute confidential, reduce costs and obtain a quicker resolution.

This is particularly the case in commercial disputes, however ADR can also be used in family or criminal law cases in Poland. In some cases however, engaging into ADR may not be in your best interest; before deciding whether to accept or reject an ADR proposal, we suggest that you seek legal advice.
