In the case of clearly defined assignments our costs are usually fixed. We would usually define what we do, at what fee, before commencement of our work.

In the case of disputes with State Agencies (Public Authorities in Poland) or between businesses, it is may be difficult to calculate our fee. This is because disputes can be take some time to settle. When estimating the costs of our legal assistance, we take into account the complexity of the matter and the time required to complete it and the level of responsibility we assume.

When we are unable to provide a fixed fees, we would usually provide our hourly fees, with a cap.
