In complex cases, most often our initial valuation begins at a level of 1 500.00 PLN + VAT (approximately 320 Eur / US Dollars) to cover the first few hours of our work.

  • In partnership with UK lawyers, we negotiated a change in the model terms of the JCT for a Polish construction company working in the construction sector in the UK;
  • We acted for a recruitment company, working on behalf of one of the developers, in connection with the relocation of construction workers from Ukraine;
  • We have prepared legal due diligence of real estate and advice on reducing the legal risk of selling property intended for the expansion of a paper factory in central Poland.
