  • prevention: preventing acts of unfair competition, including the preparation and evaluation of contracts and documents related to business activity;
  • representation in disputes combating unfair competition: poaching of employees and customers, trade secrets, inducement to terminate or non-performance of the contract, imitation of products, slander or unfair praise in public media, or obstructions in access to the market;
  • Protection of intellectual property rights/patents and trademarks.

In the case of a one-off assignment, such as providing a view or opinion on the contract, we are willing to agree fixed fees. Our fees start from the 1,500.00 PLN + VAT, for the first few hours of our work (that is approx. 320 Eur / US Dollars).

In cases when we do not know the exact scope of activity (typically occurs in contentious matters) or the amount of time involved and, we set a budget for stages of our work. The details and scope are agreed individually with each Client.
