Services for foreign Clients (/non-contentious matters) in Poland

Some types of matters with or against State Agencies in Poland – can be problematic even for Polish citizens. The difficulties are compounded by foreign language, customs and law.

We try to assist our Clients matters quickly, effectively and in a language that our Clients will understand. We do not use legal jargon, and we try to explain official correspondence in a transparent and coherent language.

It is very often subject of a service users criticism.

Our lawyers are fluent in English, Italian, German and Russian. We also cooperate with translators of foreign languages, including specialist translators, if a need arises.

Our firm is typically retained by our foreign Clients in the following matters:

  • relocation of companies, workers and their families;
  • obtaining a work permit and registering business activity in Poland;
  • obtaining Polish citizenship and confirmation of citizenship in Poland;
  • legalization of stay, obtaining residence and tolerated stays in Poland.

Our costs are calculated based on the complexity of the task, scope of our involvement and the level of responsibility we assume.

In the case of a one-off task, such as case analysis, advices or submitting application, costs start from 1,500.00 PLN + VAT (that is around 320 EUR / US Dollars)

In the event of an application for granting or confirmation of citizenship, our costs are defined as the fee for the performance of activities and are paid once. Official expenses are always added to the costs of the matter – and you will be informed about the costs, before they will be incurred.

In the cases where we know that additional work may be required or where we cannot predict a clearly defined end, we work on either hourly rates or a staged system of fees (we charge for each stage of the case). This allows you to control costs.
