We provide clear and transparent forms of payment structures for our work. Before starting our work, we present a full or partial valuation– which you can approve with the financial departments / management of your companies.

Our fees start from 1,500 + VAT PLN (that is approx. 320 Eur / US Dollars), for the first few hours of our work (details and scope are agreed individually with each client).

In the case where the end cannot be precisely determined (e.g. matters where an end cannot be precisely determined), we use either hourly rates or staged system of fees, where we ask you to pay for the step we endeavor to take. This allows you to control costs and make decisions that are controllable.

Below you will find information on selected cases concerning transport law in which we have been involved so far.

  • We represented a client in a case concerning the detention of two trucks at the Polish-Lithuanian border due to the smuggling of drugs in one of them.
  • We provided compliance services to a Polish-Ukrainian Client from Katowice regarding the compliance of regulations and employment contracts with the provisions on working time.
  • Advising and representing a manufacturer of ship engine components in the ‘reverse engineering’ model, in a case of infringement of intellectual property rights and employment law. A cross-border case, conducted in several jurisdictions;
  • Advising a company producing components for a railway company on a claim for payment for a project improving the transport of non-standard cargo;
  • Advising on a case concerning a delay in the transport of cargo of a food distribution company, against one of the largest shipping companies in the world;
  • In partnership with UK lawyers, representation in dispute with the British Border Force, in the case of recovering trucks held at the border in Dover (UK);
  • Obtaining licenses for the carriage of products and individual Clients;
  • We represented a client in a case concerning the detention of trucks at the Anglo-French border because of cigarette smuggling conducted by a driver;
  • We advised a Lithuanian Client who wants to recover trucks stopped by the Customs Office in Poland;
